Services:

I provide personalized, whole-person care for women struggling with hormone, gut, and thyroid symptoms—recognizing that every woman’s story is unique. My approach blends functional and conventional medicine to look beyond “normal” labs, identify root causes, and create a plan that actually helps you feel better in your real life.

How working together works

1. Free consult (20-30 minutes)
We talk through your main concerns, history, and goals to see if my approach is a good fit for you. You can ask questions, and there’s no pressure to commit.

2. Deep-dive initial visit
If we decide to work together, we’ll take a detailed look at your story, symptoms, and any past labs. We’ll decide if additional functional testing is needed and begin building a personalized plan.

3. Personalized plan & follow-up
Together, we create a plan that may include nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system support, supplements, and medications when appropriate. We’ll adjust over time so changes are realistic and sustainable.

4. Ongoing support
You’ll have time to ask questions, understand what’s going on in your body, and feel confident in your care. My goal is for you to feel heard, educated, and supported—not rushed.

It’s hard to find a provider that is dedicated to finding the deeper cause behind chronic health issues, but Aimee always goes the extra mile

Aimee Bearden helped me tremendously! This approach to health is so much better, and truly helps to improve quality of life. This is the place to go for real healing
— Winston
I enjoyed working with Aimee. She is very kind and compassionate. Her feedback and recommendations were tailored to me and not just a general “fix.” Aimee took my concerns very seriously and she was invested in finding ways to address those concerns. 10/10 would recommend!
